TF Avarda Group is expanding quickly in the Nordics and is now looking for solution-oriented and service-minded individuals to strengthen our Customer Service Team. We are seeking candidates who are fluent in Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish and are interested in full-time, part-time, or fixed-term employment.

What does the role involve?

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
• Perform administrative tasks related to customer cases
• Actively work to improve customer experiences and ensure high service quality
• Identify and suggest improvements to streamline workflows and processes
• Support other departments and contribute to collaboration within the organization

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Service-oriented with the ability to handle various customer situations professionally
• Solution-focused, goal-driven, and unafraid to take on new challenges
• A strong communicator with good verbal and written skills in both Swedish and English
• Fluency in Norwegian is required
• Experience working with credit cards is highly meritorious

Other qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce and finance
• A genuine interest in learning new things and growing professionally
